With over three decades of service in education and more than two decades of dedicated teachers' union leadership, Sri Sai Srinivas Lankalapalli has been a committed voice for teacher welfare, quality education, and the strengthening of government schools in Andhra Pradesh.
About
Born in Bhimavaram, Andhra Pradesh, Sri Sai Srinivas Lankalapalli began his educational journey in Srungavruksham and went on to complete degrees in Science, Education, English, and Zoology.
He entered the teaching profession through DSC and was appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher on 03 July 1995. His commitment to teaching earned him promotion as School Assistant, English, in 2002.

Leadership
Sri Sai Srinivas Lankalapalli's leadership journey in the State Teachers' Union began in 2000. Over the years, he has held key responsibilities at district and state levels.
As Chairman of FAPTO, he continues to play an important role in coordinating teachers' organizations and strengthening collective advocacy for teacher welfare and education reforms.
